Returns

Do not return your merchandise to us without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number from us. You waive any right to shipping fee reimbursement, refund or exchange without a valid RMA number, and your returned article will not be sent back to you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable AND your return shipping expenses to us will not be reimbursed, with the sole exception of returns and exchanges on the basis of damaged or defective goods.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards and electronic downloads are non-refundable.

Refunds

First, contact us with your request and we will issue you an RMA number. We will send you an email when we receive your returned item(s) along with the status of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

It may take some time before your refund appears on your financial statement.

If you don't receive your refund in a timely manner, please send us a message using our contact form.

Clearance items

Items designated and sold as Clearance are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Send us a message using our contact form with your request. We will issue you an RMA number and send you return shipping information.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the person who issued the gift and they will find out about your return.

Return shipping

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and will not be responsible for any items not received. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Do not send items with signature required, as we are not always available to sign for such items.
